This SUNDAY - October 30

October 26, 2016

Three popular local bands, the Jammin Java concert venue, and the Young Adults of Columbia Church combine for the first ever Spend Yourself Benefit Concert on October 30th at 7:00 pm at Jammin Java in Vienna, Virginia.  Proceeds will support the local hunger relief efforts of the Spend Yourself Food Pantry in Bailey’s Crossroads.

Tickets begin at $20 each for this unique event that includes the musical talents of No Second Troy, Super City and The Beanstalk Library, all locally grown bands that produce an eclectic mix of music.  Full dinner and drink menu, along with prizes and concert tshirts round out what is sure to be a fun filled evening for everyone.

The Spend Yourself Food Pantry, named as one of the Greater Washington Catalogue for Philanthropy’s best small non-profits for 2015-16, feeds approximately 175-200  families each week year round.  Originally housed in Falls Church, the Pantry has expanded to its campus in Bailey’s Crossroads and is entirely volunteer led and staffed.
