My 5th Note from the Publisher!
My 5th note to you means I’ve been doing this for 5 weeks already! Wow - time flies when summer is ending, school is starting and you’ve tacked on something you’ve never done before!
When I sat down to write this I was having a tough time coming up with what I wanted to tell you about this week. The past 7 days were like any other for us…school, sports, family, etc. And then the thought dawned on me. Forget about me, I want to talk about you! So what I want to know this week is….what do you all want to read about, hear, see more articles on, etc! I’m turning the reigns over to you this week.
The goal of Macaroni Kid is to provide you with events, activities and information that is relevant to your daily life as a parent, caregiver, grandparent, etc. Looking for something to do Tuesday at 10am? Check our calendar. Looking for information on a festival or fair? Read these articles! To cell phone or not to cell phone? Read this. But there is so much more to parenting and I have an interesting position where I can help YOU answer your questions, wonderings, thoughts, etc. A few times a month I’d like to start writing answers to some of the questions that you might be too embarrassed, shy or hesitant to ask. I look back to when I had my first child 8 (almost 9!) years ago, and I was totally clueless!!! If I’m being honest, I still feel like that sometimes.
So, ask me a questions, give me a topic….I’ll do the research and report back to you guys! Chances are if one of you are thinking about it, many, many, MANY others are too.
