The community is invited to an informal celebration to light the downtown street lights on Monday, December 2 at 6 p.m. at Mr. Brown's Park (100 block of W. Broad St.). Meet Santa, escorted by the Falls Church Volunteer Fire Department, enjoy music by the George Mason High School Chamber Singers, and sip free hot chocolate, courtesy of Lemon Lane Consignment.
Public parking is available on streets (look for signage), at City Hall (300 Park Ave.), and certain garages and lots. For details, visit fallschurchva.gov/Parking.
After the ceremony, attend the City Council work session at 7:30 p.m. in City Hall, or enjoy shopping, dinner, and more at the local businesses.
