I don't know about you, but it's November 23rd, Thanksgiving is still a few days away and yet our Christmas decorations are UP! This year more than any other year, my family and I are finding as many reasons as we can to celebrate our favorite holiday season. Which is why compiling this list was so fun to do! I have already purchased tickets for many of the events listed below and will report back to let you know how they are and any tips you need to know!

In addition to the shows listed above, there are also options to do tours by foot and check out decorated sights in downtown Washington, D.C, such as the National Christmas Tree. I have heard awesome things about 34th Street in Baltimore, MD which is free but I heard it can get crowded so go early in December and/or on a weeknight! For those wondering about the ever popular Zoo Lights, it's looking quite different this year as well. If you check out any of these light shows or know of others in our area, please share photos and comments with me at aliciacarmody@macaronikid.com and I'll include it!
